), also known for its English common name Tuber Fleeceflower, is a species of flowering plant in the buckwheat family native to central China. Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat insomnia, constipation, and the hardening and narrowing of arteries,. Iis regarded to be rejuvenating, and thought to prevent aging, premature graying, hair loss and to promote longevity. One of the most positive effects of Fo-Ti is its ability to naturally boost hair colour. It delays onset of graying, and potentially darkens your hair colour. It was shown to work by promoting regeneration of hair follicles.
